We will never share any of your contact information.  We have a strict privacy policy and your information will not be shared with anyone for any reason unless required by law.


Our shopping cart is hosted by PayPal.  They will require you to enter in your shipping address along with some personal information.  Again, none of this information will ever be given out or shared with any other companies for any reason since your privacy matters to us.

Copyright laws enable anyone and everyone to make a digital copy from an original analog media form.  You must legally own the music or video media in the first place, and the information recorded on them.  So long that you follow these simple rules then everything is perfect.


However, if you fail to follow the above rules and you are charged for violating copyright laws for any reason then we are not responsible for any wrong doing on your part and we disclaim any legal responsibility.

After the 90 day back up period we automatically remove all of your music and video from our servers.  The reason we store this information in our systems in the first place is in case of any shipping issues or technical difficulties.  We can automatically remove the media once you receive the working CDs / DVDs / Hard Drives though if you have sensitive material.


When we convert music media we have to listen to small sections of the music to place track listings in.  If you would prefer for us not to even listen to the material and only convert it over then that is fine as well. 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the conversion or if the CD / DVD / Hard Drives is not working for you when you receive it then simply let us know within the 90 day back up period and mail back the converted CD / DVD Hard Drives for a free and instant duplicate.  We want you to see that your satisfaction is our highest priority and whatever we can do to make your experience with TuneTransfers.com, LLC as wonderful as possible will be done immediately.

Getting your media to us is your responsibility.  So, we are not responsible for any damage that may take place on your packages trip to TuneTransfers.com, LLC.  To quell your concerns we are proud to have a 100% record of never losing any media either way from here to your house or the other way around.  In addition to that, when the media has been properly packaged there has been no damage incurred to any audio or video multimedia since our opening in late 2006.


We are also not responsible for any damage that takes place on its way back to you by UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL or any other postal service unless we mislabeled the package or improperly positioned the contents.  Regardless of how you package your media to get to us, we reinforce the sides of the boxes and position all the media in foam. 


Finally, we are able to fix damaged media when it comes to us for free in most cases.  If you have a broken video or audio cassette we can usually fix the material - if it requires new parts then we will be forced to charge you for the cost - but it usually stays below $7.50 for the purchases parts.  Just let us know when you are mailing the media in if it is broken or not - and if it somehow is damaged on the trip to us we will also make sure to fix it to convert it over and contact you to determine if the item was damaged before or after departure.
