If you would prefer for us not to even listen to the material and only convert it over then that is fine as well. Quality Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the quality of the conversion or if the CD / DVD is not working for you when you receive it then simply let us know within the 90 day back up period and mail back the converted CD / DVD for a free and instant duplicate.
